The Bauma show is held every three years at Munich, Germany and is the world’s leading Construction machinery trade fair.
With 3,600 exhibitors from 57 nations and around 600,000 visitors from over 200 countries over a 7 day period, this is a truly international show.
The show has both indoor and outdoor exhibition areas, covering a staggering 614,000 square metres or 6,660,000 square feet.
Some of the themes from the show were Climate neutrality, Networked connectivity of work sites, Sustainability, and Drive technology.
The majority of the OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) showcase their latest vehicles, innovations and also an indication of how the Construction sector will move forward in the future.
Our stand was located in one of the Systems & Component halls, along with all the other Seat and Cab manufacturers.
While the stand was smaller than previous shows it certainly packed a punch.
We had a great line up of seats showcasing CAT, Nexus and 7000 seats, as well as the new powered controls seat.
A lot of new potential Customers came to visit us and some very positive discussions were had over the course of the week.
We had plenty of foot fall and interest in the seats, especially some of the newer features available in production such as back massage and active cooling.
Sears Europe also took the opportunity to launch Nexus into the Aftermarket, with many enquiries which resulted in a successful launch.
The show was a big success and will lead to further opportunities for Sears Manufacturing Co. , making sure we continue to assert our # 1 reputation status in the Construction market.
